STEPS:

1. Click "Make a Payment" and enter the fee amount you wish to pay.
    

2. Select "Paypal Checkout".
    

3. Login to your Paypal OR select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".
    

4. Enter your Email addressand select "Continue to Payment".
    

5. Toggle OFF "Save info & create your Paypal account".
    

6. Select "Continue as Guest".
    

7. Finished! You will be emailed a receipt for your records".
