Stephanie S. Germani focuses her practice on landlord-tenant litigation and disputes involving homeowners’ associations.

 

She represents both tenants and landlords in unlawful detainer actions, bringing and defending eviction cases with a reputation for thorough preparation and strategic advocacy. In addition, she assists homeowners navigating complex HOA disputes involving architectural review disputes and enforcement actions.

 

In recognition of her outstanding trial work, she was honored as the 2025 Rising Star Award recipient by the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
