Jeffrey Scott Corcoran oversees our Student Debt Relief Division. He assists our student loan clients with preparation of the borrower's defense, closed school application, and potential bankruptcy discharge.

 

Jeffrey has successfully negotiated reductions in student loan obligations with such lenders as Navient, garnering up to 70% discounts for his clients. In addition to student debt relief, he handles general legal work such as depositions and court appearance on behalf of the Firm.

 

Jeffrey first worked for Sussman & Associates as a deed drafter. After years of working in our real estate division, Jeffrey earned his Juris Doctor of Laws from Taft Law School and was admitted to the California Bar Association in 2019. Jeffrey obtained his undergraduate degree from Cuyamaca College, earning an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies and graduating cum laude. Along with his Associate's and Juris Doctor degrees, Jeffrey has earned a Master's in Business Administration and a Certificate in Computer Technology.
