Leslie J. Benjamin has significant experience handling all types of real estate and business litigation matters, and continously guides her clients in resolving their legal issues. 

 

Miss Benjamin prides herself in her ability to negotiate effectively while achieving real results for her clients. As an attorney with Sussman & Associates, she has served as counsel on over two dozen timeshare lawsuits against major corporations such as Wyndham and Diamond Resorts. 

 

Leslie is passionate about working as a consumer advocate and standing up for those who have been defrauded by the timeshare industry. She specializes in timeshare litigation and landlord-tenant issues, and has the skill, experience, and tenacity to fight for you.

 

Born and raised in Maine, Leslie has happily called the Coachella Valley home since 2003. She earned a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where her time spent studying constitutional and civil rights law drove her to pursue a law degree. Four years later, Leslie earned a J.D. at Whittier College School of Law in Costa Mesa, where she was an executive board member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and served as Parliamentarian in student government for two years. 

 

When not in the office, you can often find Leslie acting on stage at the local community theatre. Whether it’s the stage or the courtroom, you can always expect to see Leslie shine.
